Terms

1) DELIVERY: DSTECH, Inc will attempt to deliver hardware/software orders within 7 to 14 days. There are times when delivery might be longer.

2) LABOR WARRANTY: All service labor is covered for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Only items that we install are covered, and only in their own capacity.

3) NON WARRANTY LABOR: Non warranty Labor is subject to an hourly charge exclusive of parts. Minimum charge applies.

4) COMPATIBILITY: DSTECH makes no warranty regarding hardware and software compatibility unless otherwise indicated hereon. Preexisting hardware and software may not work with new or upgraded components or software.

5) EXISTING COMPONENT FAILURE: Customer is advised that it is not uncommon for existing components to fail after a repair or upgrade. DSTECH is not responsible for existing component failure.

6) DATA LOSS: Customer is advised that data stored on a hard disk can be lost or damaged during repair. DSTECH is not responsible for data loss or damage.

7) RETURNED CHECKS: All checks returned to DSTECH are subject to a $20 fee.

8) LEFTOVERS: DSTECH is not responsible for any systems or parts left at DSTECH for more than 30 days after completion notification.

9) RETURNS: Due to the technical nature, customization, and extreme obsolescence and depreciation of computer products, DSTECH charges a 15% restocking fee on all returned items excluding labor and special order items which are nonrefundable. All returns must be accompanied with original packaging, documentation, and must be in like-new condition. No returns will be taken after 15 days from invoice date. Software & media cannot be returned once the package has been opened. DSTECH agrees to swap out in stock non-special orders parts (excludes systems and labor) that have failed due to manufacturer default within 15 days of invoice date. DSTECH agrees to offer a 100% credit on instock non-special order items that have failed (excludes systems and labor) towards another item within 15 days of invoice date.

10) REFUNDS: Refunds are subject to at least a 21 day waiting period for checks to be issued at DSTECH’s option.

11) MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY: Unless specified otherwise all products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. MANUFACTURER’S HARDWARE WARRANTIES ON PERIPHERALS AND SYSTEMS ARE TO BE HANDLED WITH THE MANUFACTURER. If the customer chooses to have DSTECH deal with the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for time, shipping, and handling charges.

SALES ORDERS FOR SYSTEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS REQUIRE A 50% OR MORE DOWN PAYMENT. BALANCE DUE UPON RECEIPT.
ALL ORDERS > $1000 REQUIRE DOWN PAYMENT OF 50% TO PROCESS.
