The top SMB MSP 100 companies ranked this year include organizations from around the world and from diverse technology and business backgrounds. This industry continues to surge forward, due largely to the massive demand for its products and services amongst SMBs. SMBs engage managed services providers in order to boost their productivity and profitability by deploying leading-edge technologies into their enterprises. In other words, the purpose of a MSP is to make the complicated world of technology very simple for modern business owners and to leverage technological advancements to increase a SMBs ability to compete.
